Our own Jesse Colin Young (of the Youngbloods) is one of the founders, and this year one of my friends won the 'sing out contest' and got the opportunity to sing onstage with Mr. Young himself! Yes - that is Sheryl Crow! I met her last night at her concert in North Charleston, SC. (August 26, 2011) She had contacted me after seeing a property on my blog, and next thing I know she had invited me to come see her in N.Charleston! It was a great show - check out the review! I may not have sold her any real estate, but I had the experience of a lifetime :) Thanks again to Sheryl, I hope you continue to check out my blog from time to time ! <3

Yes - FREE!! Free concerts all summer long. What a great little town I live in. Aiken, South Carolina.

Enter the gardens and you get the feeling that you are in a different world - possibly even stepping back into time. Giant old trees tower over the main entrance path provide shade on a summers day. So many of you have your playlists on your profile, I had never even thought of putting mine up here on A/R. I've got my myspace page rocking out, though! So, I tried to upload my player to my profile...but it won't keep? - any suggestions from anyone?? I thought I would see if I could get it to post here in this blog, and go from there. Thanks for any ideas :) Ok - so I figured it out. But decided against it. I took it off - don't want to cause slow page loads for consumers. (1 comments)
