For the past days I've been researching the current real estate economy, and how to structure effective marketing concepts.

As times get tough structuring sound sale/marketing campaigns is becoming more difficult by the day, INVESTORS wants more presales/liquidity and buyers what more value. What to do!!!

They've heard mention on using different netwroking tools: social networking, CRM, SEO, Blogs. If these are the new tools how do you use them efficiently. I'm having success using LinkedIn, other then connecting with friends I don't understand how facebook and twitter helps with your marketing/sales efforts?

What's going on with all these failing projects, is it really because of the sluggish economy?

Why are developers still not developing better concepts, implementing new technology like alternative energy? Why do they base everything on great location, golf courses, flagship brands. Do people sell buy because of that?

What are your view on these issues, are you doing anything differently in your sales/marketing efforts??
