There's something exciting going on in Carrollton, Texas. A brand new townhouse community has opened... and the models are finally furnished and ready to go. There are many special features about the townhouses in this neighborhood. One of my favorites is that there are only THREE homes in each building. It is not surprising that many buyers of townhouses want an end unit. In neighborhoods where there are usually six to eight to even ten units per building... having an end unit is a long-shot... and usually, when they are available, the builder charges quite a premium for an end unit. … (7 comments)
