Most folks I know turned their clocks back One Hour last night.  That's because the end of Daylight Savings time is here.  So now, it gets darker one hour earlier today than it did yesterday.

That, of course, gave ALL of us one extra hour yesterday (Saturday) to finish all the things on our "To Do" list.
The younger you are, the less trouble or confusion messing with that "one extra hour" will cause you.  But some of us older kids... well... just that one hour can mess with what the sleep doctors call our "circadian rhythms."  For some of … (62 comments)

As if usual for this time of year, I have seen some posts last week, and more and more of them as we get closer to tomorrow, Saturday... the big "turn the clocks back" day.

I have an idea.  Sure... we "Spring Forward, and Fall Back"... as far as messing both with the clock and the time change, and also messing with our internal sleep clocks.

I have seen quite a few posts this week... more and more of then as we get close to the weekend... about "turning our clocks back" this coming Sunday.
You know... the old "Spring Forward, Fall Back" routine.  I have also seen that although some folks get excited about having an extra hour to accomplish "this or that..." most folks usually talk about if they turn back the clock one hour... they can get an extra hour of sleep.
So... here is my question.  If... instead of turning my clocks back ONE hour... I turn them back TWENTY-FIVE hours... could I … (40 comments)
