chorizo recipe: My Saturday Foodie Post - Breakfast Burritos for the Central Point Post Office - 02/19/11 01:22 PM
Dear Hubby works for the PO and periodically I'll make goodies for him to take into his clerks and carriers.  I got up early this morning to tackle breakfast burritos for the masses.
Last weekend we headed to Cash and Carry and stocked up on all the goods.  Eggs, potatoes, Chorizo, Cheeses and tortillas.  
 
 
 
 
 
I actually got a head start on this last night as I had prepared the potatoes.  Diced red potatoes were seasoned with salt and pepper, and a little onion powder.  Pan was prepared with some oil and into the oven they went.   I oven roasted … (8 comments)
