Remember, you are selling a HOUSE, a property; space. Disassociate yourself.
Okay, but what if . . .
What if the house you are selling is vacant?  Well, it becomes easier to disassociate yourself!  YEA!  After all, your belongings have already been removed and that, of course, is what made it home.
Now the problem becomes that your disassociation ; well, uh, is the very disassociation your vacant house is displaying to all the potential buyers.   Uh-Oh!
Let's step back and think about this problem.  Hmmm . . .

Home Stagers and Realtors, like other small businesses, have a tough time locating reasonably priced promotional items for our business.  Yet it's important to market your name, your business, your message . . . Well . . .
                               
I have a great company to share with you  ASAP Promotional Products.  The Company is owned by Dwayne Hurst and he has a good focus on SMALL BUSINESSES nationally!  He'll do onesy-twosy orders and he's reasonably priced.  I have had him do three things for me now and have a few more items I plan to have him do.

Regarding using Microsoft Publisher  . . . I just posted a blog How I Do My Graphics on how I use this software program for graphics (and just about everything else I do!)  But I didn't mention that it is also excellent to mark your photos that you post.  (NOT that they'd ever be stolen, right!)

In a blog I posted recently, "But, this is Home Staging! We could talk all day!", I mentioned a 10 minute presentation I did for Realtors regarding Home Staging.
I struggled with how to best use 10 minutes in front of 40 Realtors.  I started by making my self a list of anything I might want to accomplish in this short 10 minutes.  After writing it all down here are the top 3 three I settled on:
