"Great, Mr. Buyer! I understand you want a family home, all the bedrooms up with a formal dining room and a formal living room, and kitchen open to the family room. I have just the home for you! atlanta home staging: In-Town Atlanta Home Staging by Peachtree Home Staging - 01/19/10 05:36 PM
Another In-Town Atlanta home, home staged by Peachtree Home Staging SOLD! This new construction builders home was on the market for OVER A YEAR! Yes, over one year on the market! Although I wish everyone would plan ahead and stage their home prior to listing . . . I get positively challenged by that telephone call inquiring about staging a vacant home that isn't selling. I am so confident that Peachtree Home Staging can make a difference! We staged this vacant home mid November before Thanksgiving. It was off the market right after the new year with the proud new home owner moving in this

atlanta home staging: My Art, My Accessories, Their Furniture, A Realtor's Listing Showcased - 12/29/09 09:11 AM
Ideally, when working with a home seller in preparing their home for the market I like to be able to go in and design my Atlanta area home staging presentation by using the furnishings and the accessories the home seller already has available. This is the most economical home staging solution for the seller. Sometimes, however, the sellers accessories are too personal in nature, or too dated in appearance. So, while the sellers accessories are their treasures, there are other items within Peachtree Home Staging's large inventory that will exemplify the home's features for the interest of buyer and the home's

atlanta home staging: Effective home staging is not THE solution - 11/30/09 08:40 AM
Effective home staging is not THE solution; it is a marketing tool to facilitate a successful end result. Peachtree Home Staging spent a lot of our time during November de-staging our vacant staged homes. As a result, I spent a great amount of time shelving and inventorying my vast amount of accessories this past week. As I was doing so I thought of each piece and where it had been placed an how quickly my staged homes were moving. That inspired me to make a list

atlanta home staging: DARN GOOD ADVERTISING! - 08/11/09 12:59 PM
You know what I love? It's an under contract sign on a home I have staged. You know what else I love? It is a Realtor that see the benefit of staging by Peachtree Home Staging and then takes the extra steps to promote her staged listing. Ask your Realtors to Advertise You to other agents when doing their agent open house of a house you have staged. I contribute a $75.00 Gift card for services for the drawing. I attend the open house and always have a blast. Can you come? You are invited! Tour/Open House Full Report (POSTED ON GEORGIA

atlanta home staging: Home Staging Success Creates need for Home Stager! - 06/12/09 07:51 AM
Peachtree Home Staging recently staged a vacant home in the Atlanta metro area, located in Newnan, GA. Yesterday I popped in with the listing agent to check on things at the home. The home has gone under contract and I will be de-staging soon. When we got there, the home buyer and her agent were also there with the home inspector. We all politely began to make introductions. When the listing agent introduced me as the home stager for the property, the home buyer let out such a loud delightful squeal it startled all of us! Immediately she asked me

atlanta home staging: Try, Try Again . . . or get it done right the first time! - 06/11/09 01:32 PM
TRY . . . The home sellers tried to sell vacant April of 2007 through October, 2007 -- No Buyers -- TRY . . . and then, the same home sellers tried to sell vacant February 2008 through July 2008 -- No Buyers -- AGAIN? ABSOLUTELY . . . As the saying goes, try, try again! The home sellers hired Peachtree Home Staging in Atlanta to consult on overall marketing solutions for this property, including modest floor plan alterations, as well as exterior and interior presentation. Peachtree Home Staging hand selected all of the

atlanta home staging: It's Show Time For The TEAM! - 02/10/09 05:18 PM
I recently staged an occupied home that belongs to a great Realtor, Rachel Hayes with Prudential Georgia Realty. She has a Realtor partner, Leigh Steele. Together, Rachel and Leigh formed a TEAM prior to listing that they thought would give them the most powerful sales presentation possible for the home. They had the home pre-inspected by Gary Sloan of Advantage Inspection They contacted Dave Loeffler of Met Life for mortgage lending information They had the home appraised by a local appraiser, Sam Williams And I had the privilege of staging the home. I worked with a combination of Rachel's furnishing and accessories

atlanta home staging: Does Your "Trailer" Draw Folks in to View Your "Flick"? - 12/28/08 10:48 AM
In this market, your property for sale needs a great "TRAILER" or nobody is coming to view your "FLICK"! My husband and I are planning to go a movie. We only do this a few times a year as it is now so convenient to nestle into the warmth of our own living room to take in a flick. We certainly do not want to waste our time seeing something that is not of interest to both of us. Therefore, we go to the Internet . . . view all the trailers of the flicks currently available, and narrow down our "Top Picks" that we both want

atlanta home staging: What, Why, When, and How Much Does it Cost? - 08/08/08 06:44 AM
I frequently have Realtors in the Atlanta area comment that home sellers often do not understand or grasp the value of home staging. Selling the concept of home staging then becomes a real challenge for the Realtor. I think it can simply be expressed by clarifing the What, Why, When, and How Much does home staging cost? What is Home Staging? Home staging is the art of presenting key rooms, and placement of furniture and accessory pieces in those rooms with the intent to draw general appeal to a home for sale for the most potential buyers. Home stagers design unique staging plans for
