I recently had a discussion with a friend of mine stessing that there is no better time to buy in Michigan than right now!! Ironically she called me the next week and told me that a house she has always liked was for sale. I made an appointment, we took a look and then called a loan officer. She doesn't make a lot of money, didn't have a down payment and needed a monthly payment no higher than her current rent.  With the help of Ameridream for the down payment and FHA for the loan, my friend will soon own her own home.

Needless to say my friend is thrilled she will soon be a 1st time homeowner... I am thrilled that I helped make that happen.
