From the time it was completed in 1874 until today the Brentsville Union Church was available for worship services by all local religious groups. The church is part of the 28 acre Brentsville Courthouse Historic Centre. The church, 1822 courthouse, 1822 jail and 1922 one room schoolhouse are now owned and maintained by Prince William County.
Architectural lines in rural America during the 18th and 19th century were clean, symmetrical and functional. Their simplicity was the source of their beauty.
Even the decorative features of the windows and doors were understated.

Local posts are an important part of our blogging strategy. We believe the maps we develop for each subdivision we promote is one reason for our local blogs are so effective.
The most important feature of the process is to make a map with the basic information stored. Once you are "there" it is easy to "drop in" information for a specific map.
First, I purchase state maps with editable counties in PowerPoint format from BJDesign. There are many firms offering editable maps, but Bruce Jones was most helpful in showing me how to use the maps.

Here in Northern Virginia it is quite common for short sale listings to receive multiple purchase offers.  Recently, I presented an offer on a short sale listing that had 26 or 27 offers.
For purposes of my two questions I am going to assume there are an average of 4 purchase offers on each short sale listing.  There may be more or they may be less, but I know there is generally more than 1.

Those of us who live in Lake Ridge have long been aware of the hazardous conditions on the stretch of Old Bridge road between Colby and Oakwood - the infamous "S" curve has caused many accidents and deaths
Good news - the westbound section modifications are complete.  They include
Improved road banking Broadened shoulders Guardrails to prevent crossovers to oncoming traffic Textured latex surface All that remains is to pave the eastbound section with the textured latex surface

Don't Yell When I Call Your Cell - 09/03/09 04:42 PM

Nothing annoys me more (that may be an exaggeration) than an agent who has their cell phone plastered all over the universe and then becomes annoyed when you call them at an inconvenient time. This past Saturday I was preparing for a client who would be in town on Sunday. As is my practice I called the listing agents to learn the status of his/her listing.
