There is an old subdivision of vacation cottages on the Potomac River about 30 miles south of Washington, DC. It has a boat ramp accessible only to homeowners in the subdivision.People have been buying the old homes, tearing them down and building new homes between 2,500 and 3,000 square feet.Someone bought several of the older homes and built this home - it is almost 10,000 square feet or 3 to 4 times larger than the other new homes in the subdivision.It isn't even on or near the river for water view or waterfront potential.
