The 642 acre Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge lies east of Woodbridge VA at the junction of the Potomac and Occoquan Rivers. When Captain Smith explored the area in the early 17th century there was a thriving Doeg Indian Village. After colonization the site was farmed privately with cows and crops. Small and Large One of the unique advantages of living in Lake Ridge is that Prince William County very thoughtfully built a park, marina and golf course in Lake Ridge. As you can see they added miniature golf for people at my level of expertise. The Lake Ridge golf course is one of four public courses in the county.
Since not everyone in Lake Ridge is a golfer, children and adults can enjoy one or all of our five swimming pools and a Sprayground for little Lake Ridgers.
