For this transaction, I was the buyer’s agent and this was a normal sale (as opposed to a short sale). This was my third time working with this couple. I sold them a townhome years ago when they were first time buyers. Then, when they were moving out of the state, I sold that townhome for them in the peak market. After a few years, they moved back to the area and eventually decided to buy single family home.
