What is the value of my home? The most important question when selling. You could go to zillow .com but is zillow accurate? No says the licensed appraisers that put a value on homes for the bank. Zillow can be up to 10 % off & more! Zillow takes their data from the city report, many city reports do not have accurate information I have seen some city reports that have 0 listed bedrooms and never report garages. So on a $500,000 home 10 %off & no garage & you're off by $80,000. Your best bet is to speak with a local real estate agent. … (0 comments)
