The villages of Bliss Corner, Padanaram Village & Smith Mills are located in Dartmouth.

There were 5 homes in Westport Mass sold in Jan compared to 7 homes that sold in Dec 2008
 The lowest priced house,sold in Jan,  a pre-foreclosure home sold for $130,000
The Highest priced home that sold in Westport in Jan sold for $451,000. A grand  Waterfront colonial on Sawdy Pond. This foreclosure home had 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a 2 car garage and was in good condition. It also had an in ground pool, sat on 2 acres & had a waterview of Sawdy Pond.
