  Have you tried Drop Box ?  It is Free ! with Drop Box you can store documents, letters and pictures " in the cloud" so you can access them at home, office ( on vaca if needed ) no more double files! Saves paper & time running to office ! ( I'm all about that ! ) its on my computers I Pad & Blackberry there is an app for I Phone too !
