Do you think this has pushed him up in the rankings? After all, after tonight he's at 49% and my buddy McCain is hovering at 40%.

The home mortgage crises is due to lender's giving huge loans to unqualified buyers. No brainer there.
Condi Nast Portfolio was known to offer loans to the lower class.
Countrywide seems to have been the worst at the hands of...Angelo Mozilo who chose to lower fee's to high profile customers.
Mozilo, offered low interest rate loan's to his friends, like Chris Dodd...Chris benefited with discounts on two loans from Countrywide, saving him $2700.00.
Conrad saved $10,700... on free bee's from Countrywide, Conrad said he thought it was going to be as good service through good rates.

I got a referral from another agent on here...thank you...for a customer in my general area. The customer was working with Buy Owner and also their sister company who lists on the MLS.
It took her over $6K and much frustration to finally get released by this company who lists for the Buy Owner sellers, when they agree to pay 10% of the listing price of the property.
The broker (listing agent) of this company never returned her phone calls, didn't provide the goods as per the contract she signed and the money she paid. After contacting the state and various other's, … (26 comments)

According to FOX news this afternoon...the market has hit rock bottom and things are changing for the better.
The fact that gas prices for the most part have declined is a good thing.
The fact that FOX news is saying the market is down and done, and is on an incline is fantastic news...
This in itself is why people should take the time to consider buying a home NOW while prices are still low.
I see many investor's scrambling to make last minute deals...as they know as well...it's over...the bottom is here and they better take advantage right now!

One of my customer's bought what used to be Wally's Tavern several month's ago.
Courtlandt and Michelle McQuire, a newly married couple purchased the well known tavern and have transformed it into a fabulous place for friends, visitors, and tourists.
It is now called Red Bar Gallery. It has been totally redone into a fabulous place with abstract art.
The food is fantastic...made fresh daily. The atmosphere is alluring and the clientele...unbelievable...from local artists, to other local bar owner's to the rich and famous...this is the place to visit. The a is fantastic...locals are famous and it's a fun place to visit...

Whitey Ford who was one of the best left handed pitcher's ever is my friend. Respecting his privacy. I just want everyone to know how proud of him I was tonight when I saw him on the Baseball Field again with all his peer's at Yankee stadium! What a fantastic person!
This game between the ML and the AL started with all the bell's and whistles at 7 pm... a parade, on the field fun and respect...major league baseball made this a fabulous last night for the Yankee stadium.

I just wrote a blog...Gasoline prices...how can they change 15 cent's w/in a few blocks??? and then I see on the new's that the UPS guys now only make RIGHT TURNS!
Somehow, right turn's apparently save gas...
Not sure how, however...now that I know that...am I going to refigure my routes??? You betcha!
If the UPS driver's power's that be...figured this out...I'm all over it!
They have now re-routed their driver's, have changed delivery routes...I mean...who drives more than delivery trucks???

Gasoline prices...how can they change 15 cent's w/in a few blocks??? - 07/10/08 10:13 PM
Today I was driving down 441, State road 7 here in South Florida. At one of the major intersections (Commercial and 441) the corner gas station had a sign out...regular gas $4.19... 6 cent's less if you pay cash. As I continued down the road about 1/2 mile...gasoline was $4.05, $4.06, $4.09 and when I got to my destination it was $4.12.
Who controls this? Anyone know. It seem's like there is a 15 cent difference. Does anyone control what a gas station can charge. Is there a mark up that is legal? Are there any control's over this?

At what point when you are reading a controversial blog...do you think the situation is out of control.
When is the content enough? When do you feel uncomfortable about the remarks?
Even though there is enough latitude to go off on a limb...when are you uncomfortable?
I understand there are "groups" to voice opinions and I have no problem with that...that is within the network of AR...

In my humble opinion, there is no room for Religion or Politics in a real estate transaction.
The people who contact you to purchase a home are doing just that...looking for your expertise.
Religion...steering people, albeit via Religion or Politics or communities is just wrong.
Actually, steering in general in Florida is illegal.
Treat everyone as an equal...treat them as a customer...politics and religion should never be a part of the sale.
Sale's are sale's...
Buying a home is just that...a purchase. You are there to facilitate the deal...not to offer opinions.

When I had my three children...I was in the process of coming up with an addition for our current home.
That being said, my ex-husband and I hired an architect and waited for his design...well...it didn't work for our needs.
So, with design and art training in my past...I decided that I would try and put our need's to paper.
Graph paper on the dining room table and the oldest two coloring with me...I set out to design what we thought we needed.

This totally baffles me. I have met on more than one occasion (investor's in particular) people who use more than one agent to try and find great deals.
Hello!!! If you are working with a licensed agent, who is active, and pay's for MLS....we can all see the same properties that fit your criteria!
What makes me more angry is when the customer says, "I already saw that property with another agent."
