Felt good to blog tonight, I missed my AR friends.
WOW, I'm not complaining, however, I have been quite busy the last few months.  I try to get my 2 blogs a month in and try to check up on my friends here.
It's amazing how you miss the friends here on AR...I would try to name them all, but it would take a whole page as I have been a member since there were only maybe 46,000 members...my first "helpers" were (opps, so I don't miss anyone...I won't list right now...but you know who you are)...

SUPRA, lockbox, accompany - how do you decide?  Most of the time I choose to accompany...no matter what the situation.  Then again, I don't have many listings under $300K where the current owners still don't occupy the residence.
Does it help sell a property if you, as the listing agent that knows everthing about the property to accompany...I say, "Yes".  Do the customers trust me, yes, by that I mean, do they know that I will make sure all the doors are locked, the A/C is set where they want it (if they are out of town), do I know what … (7 comments)

Fort Lauderdale Real Estate is a HOT (no pun intended) commodity!
Some agents here in SE Florida are complaining about not being busy...however, those of us that work full time are reaping the benefits of Fort Lauderdale beach condo's and homes.
That is MY specialty, and I am fortunate enough to have continued success.
The market here on the beach is still at asking price or within 1.1% of asking price.  We have gone from 29 months of inventory January a year ago to 13 months just last month.
