OK, you have owned the property longer than this major real estate debacle. You bought in 2004...Your property USED to be worth about 40% more than it is in this market.

Referrals do work! Executed one tonight!
Referrals work, I just executed a contract tonight thanks to a referral.
There is nothing better than having another agent refer to you a fantastic customer...nothing better than having a qualified buyer...nothing better than dealing with another astute agent.

buyers: People..buyer's in the USA and elsewhere...seller's are negotiable...why NOT??? - 06/18/08 11:05 PM
Please tell me...why NOT BUY NOW? You can offer atleast 20% below the offering price and you can negotiate a great deal right now. Seller's are very negotiable.
Think about this...interest rates are rising...home sales are low, and the seller's are willing to negotiate really good deal's right now.

Are you a gambler? Gambling, n. the practice of wagering or playing for stakes. What does that really mean? Does it always mean you are betting in the hopes that you will win more than your wager? Does it mean you may lose money? Does it relate to Real Estate? I write this (10 comments)
