Florida is moving in the correct direction. According to Broward County news, we have gone from 24 months of inventory a year ago to 16 months of inventory! Great information to have.

Other's want a view, a pool, 2 parking spaces, a place for their "future boat", room for their large families to have occasional parties, beach access, a larger "outside porch"...

Customer's are out there, they aren't buying expensive properties, they are finding low end nice properties and they are "low balling" those prices.
