Need some advice on how to handle couple's with pre-nups and purchasing homes.
I currently have a customer who has a pre-nup with their current spouse (will call him Desi and her Lucy). This person is afraid to make an offer b/c of this document. Their funds are totally separate.

My broker offer's monthly courses in writing correct contract's.
If you are a new agent...you still have to deal with seasoned agent's, who know how to write a good and legal contract.
If you don't know how to write one correctly and you work in Fort Lauderdale...call me...we have monthly training … (6 comments)

What used to be normal for people has become a night mare. What they worked and saved for is now a lost dream.  They got sucked into the 2005 morgages where they ballooned to rediculous levels and now have nothing.
