Don't talk negatively around me, I don't want to hear it!
I'm having a GREAT WEEK, as I have heard from several other agents in my office as well...
The trend is, those who have great lawyers, investment brokers, and who are relatively astute in their own investments...pulled out of stocks and now are looking for the better place to put their money...and the cash "hog" so to speak, is in Real Estate...after all, the market is down, the inventory is there and there are many fantastic properties available...updated, and ready to move in...some are turn key, some have been redone … (22 comments)

Financing if you don't have cash is gone. That in itself is pushing prices down. Credit scores matter!...Do you even know your credit score? In an article that I recently read, they suggest that prices will fall below 2001 prices...some regions 25 - 35%...Woow!  Lord have mercy...What to do???
 The situation is sad....Consumer spending has fallen....Christmas next year will be sad. 
How will we survive??? Will you survive? Did you save for the mess?
What will you do?
Short and sweet...hope you are safe, hope you saved up for the mess.

Do you even know what it is?  Is it good enough? What is good enough? Do you care? Should you? Should your customer/client?
SURE! We should all care.  I recently checked mine on www.freecreditreport.com.  I was shocked at what it said...it was 10 year's old in my work experience...actually 15 years.  There was lot's of information missing...lot's of good info.
That being said...many borrower's are finding issues with their credit scores, once a mortgage broker pull's credit.  Many have no idea what is on the report, and many have disputes.

Rentals, How many references and credit scores do you require prior to offering a lease to your customer?
Do you trust the information sent to you via email as current? Do You require a letter from your customer's work? Do you require credit checks?  I do!!!
When you have marvelous homes, not selling...how stringent are you in the requirement's for a customer who is inquiring on a possible rental?
Do you do the work for your customer?  How do you run the credit?  Or, better yet, who run's the credit score for you?
