Amazingly enough, we are back to a "multiple offer" situation and "full price offers" needed in Broward County Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale By The Sea, and Pompano Beach - ocean front properties.
While it was not the case last year, it is now.

It's hopping down here in South East, Florida in Broward County, Miami/Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
In the last week, most of my peers have at least 4 new buyers on board.
