How many real estate agents are left in this market? Seriously...how many agents who were licensed agents still hold a license in their state and have hung out throught this current debacle?

In south Florida, the medium priced homes/condos seem to have stabilized. Home/condo prices under $1M seem to be stabilized. Home sales for instance are holding their own. I just executed a contract that was within 8% if asking price. Another agent in (6 comments)

My customer's are looking to purchase up to 100 condo units (minimum of 5 units) in South Florida, east of I-95. The units were preferably built after 2005. They prefer 2/2's or 3/2's and prefer to buy in the Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Sunrise, in Broward County, Florida area.

I'm a home, with an owner...I used to be a wonderful place for my owners...when they first bought me, they painted my walls, they washed the floor's in the bathroom's...occassionally they actually had time to clean the lavatory.
