Florida will soon require home inspectors to be licensed.
Florida currently does not require or regulated home inspectors. As of JULY 1, 2010, home inspectors, mold assessors, and mold remediators will have to have a Florida license.

That being said, even if a person takes the bus...it's atleast $2.00 or $3.00 for people to get the bus to work.
It's $6.01 here in Florida for a gallon of MacAuthor's milk. Some people have to work an hour to put milk on the table for their children.

This is a seriously truthful post, meaning I want truthful answers. It is ficticious in that this is just a fictious scenario. Customer's are out there, they aren't buying expensive properties, they are finding low end nice properties and they are "low balling" those prices.
