What code do you have to type in to reach me? So many ID codes and so little time - well, guess what, life has changed dramatically in the last 30 years.
It was simple in the past. You went to the bank and the teller's knew who you were. Yes, there was a lot less people living back then, however, now things have changed. Now with people stealing identities, you have to have a code to do everything.

Can your customers identify you by your picture on-line? or business card for that matter.
Really, for this day and age and for security reasons, shouldn't you remotely resemble the picture you post?
Even in my own office, there are very beautiful pictures of seasoned agents, however, when I look in the window at some of our new istings...honestly, unless I read their name, I don't recognize them.
When is it time to be honest with yourself, your peers, and your customers by putting on a recent photo of yourself.

I don't want to coerce my customer, I want them to make an educated decision.
I don't want to do a "take away," I don't to use conventional tactics to make a sale...I just want my customer to fell comfortable in the transaction.
I want my customers to do what they feel is best for them. I don't use the conventional sales tactics, which is probably why, I don't like to go to sales classes.

Honesty is described by Webster's dictionary as: 1 truthful: trustworthy 2)a sincere or fair (honest effort) b. gained by fair mean's 3 frank and open.
When my children were very young I made an agreement with them...If you do something wrong and you tell me you made a mistake, and you are honest about it, you will not get into trouble..honesty BREEDS TRUST!...If you do something wrong and you are not honest...your going to be grounded, etc.

About 3 years ago, it was Christmas eve. I couldn't go home for the Holidays, so my other friends that were stuck here in Florida b/c of work and I went out on the town.
