The home mortgage crises is due to lender's giving huge loans  to unqualified buyers. No brainer there.
Condi Nast Portfolio was known to offer loans to the lower class.

Financing if you don't have cash is gone. That in itself is pushing prices down. Credit scores matter!...Do you even know your credit score? In an article that I recently read, they suggest that prices will fall below 2001 prices...some regions 25 - 35%...Woow!  Lord have mercy...What to do???
