How would you describe AR in 20 minutes or less?
If you had to describe Activerain to your office in 20 minutes or less...What would be your top 5 points to cover?
For me,
#1 Communication and interactions in our community (we are a community).
#2 Information (many posts are informative).
#3 Friendships (are developed and this is how we get referrals).
#4 Real Estate advice (just when you need it... just ask).
#5 Legal advise...then a whole lot more (there are lawyers, appraisers, inspectors,etc here to help you!)

Merry Christmas and a profitable new year my AR friends! a poem.
This year was a tough one,
but make next year your best.
Don't give up hope,
as you know you're the best.
Open your eyes,
and see the view,
the one that says,
we will preview!
Customers come and customers go,
just as the seasons, the sun and the snow!
Keep a great attitude as, you know you're the best,
If you don't feel that, you'll succumb to the rest.
Attitudes change, and real estate too!
You just have to adjust your "tude".

Based on your information to me, I have ton's of properties to show you, however, since we have discussed your interests, I have selected 6 properties to show you tomorrow.
You don't want to have to repair, you don't want a knock down, you don't want the 1970's, you want to move right in...
That's what you're going to see... 6 properties in the area you want to be in that are up to date and to your specifications...
I'll pick you up tomorrow at 2...prepare for 2 hour's as I have some fabulous properties for you.

I have read a few blogs tonight about our fellow real estate agents who are in need of prayers. I don't want to call them out, but my point here is...There is a great family here. For fellow agents to pour out their souls to us, (maybe the only family they may have) is awesome...awesome in the fact that there is trust.
They are so down, they may not have a private family, but they hope they have US! AND THEY DO!
