Other's want a view, a pool, 2 parking spaces, a place for their "future boat", room for their large families to have occasional parties, beach access, a larger "outside porch"...

A few allow pet's under 25 pounds, some say you can have them in your unit, but the cannot walk in the common area's so pet owner's buy little carriages
