showing property: Friendly puppy....ya think!!! - 06/25/08 09:37 PM
I tried to show a property a few week's ago..In the Broker's comment's it say'es "Friendly little puppy."  I'm thinking...OK...take a few treat's....so, I cut a few little pieces from the steak I had the night before up into little piece's and thought...OK...
Well, I open the door...and...IT'S AN ATTACK DOG!!!

Just when I thought I had seen and heard most everything imaginable in Real Estate, I showed this home today.  We walked into a property that is a short sale.  These people are looking for investment properties to fix up and rent.  They have cash, no issues, etc.
