First let me say, I am not a Realtor.
However, as a Plano Home Staging Professional, my business involves selling real estate. And even though I am not a Realtor nor selling my home one thing I do know is that selling a home yourself is not a good idea!

I'm a big fan of the new HGTV Show Income Property. Host Scott McGillivray takes a rental property from un-leasable to the most sought after on the block all in a span of the 1/2 hour show. Much work is put into these properties and the icing on cake is the reveal in the end where Scott and his team use Staging as the final marketing tool to showcase their mini masterpieces. Spring has sprung home stagers and here's an inexpensive marketing idea I've used in the past when I first started out that I've unearthed and I'd like to share it with you again.
