I'm proud to announce I've joined the team at Staging and Redesign (SAR) as a course instructor for the Texas Market for the 3-day, 5-day and online SAR home staging training courses!
Now I want to share with you how I came to this decision and why I chose to join the team of professionals at SAR as a course instructor.

Designated home offices are coveted by buyers and if your home has one great! One thing I really don't like seeing is spaghetti in the office though!
"Spaghetti" is my term for the cables and cords that can often be exposed in and around the desk.
To me it translates as messy, unorganized and a bit stressful to look at, not the message you want to send to a prospective home buyer.
Spaghetti belongs in the kitchen, not your home office!

OK I'm sold on the professional photographer for staged home photography now.
Not that I wasn't before but I just hadn't gotten to know any before I met John McConnell, Professional Photographer (aka Magic Man) over the course of the last few months. He's not only a great photographer but he's also a fine person and becoming a friend. He's always got a smile on his face and a good word for everyone. His personality alone won me over. Below is an invitation that was sent to course attendees at the www.StagedHomes.com February 2007, Plano,TX ASP course. The house looked fabulous! Many more changes were made in the months after the initial staging was complete. Painting, carpet replacement, new outdoor patio and much more!
