Below are some photos of an owner staged property after receiving a home staging consultation from Home Star Staging.
Included in a home staging consultation are many, many recommendations. Below are just two of the following which highlight the purpose of this blog:
Paint recommendations Furniture placement / arrangement suggestions The owner could choose to do as much or as little as they wished. As is always the case in a home staging consultation by Home Star Staging, sellers will get honest, respectful feedback about what changes need to occur and how to showcase a property to appeal to the most number of buyers.

I just wanted to thank my friend and trusted business partner, John McConnell for sharing his time and talent tonight in the Collin College CE Course on Home Staging.
John voluntarily presented a wonderful Power Point presentation, answered questions and gave some great tips on how to take better Real Estate photography for your MLS listings and marketing materials.
John will also be featured this month on Channel 8 News here in Dallas, TX for a special marketing promotional item he designed for a local Realtor who specializes in certain properties. For now it's top secret but more to come later, and … (19 comments)

OK I'm sold on the professional photographer for staged home photography now.
Not that I wasn't before but I just hadn't gotten to know any before I met John McConnell, Professional Photographer (aka Magic Man) over the course of the last few months. He's not only a great photographer but he's also a fine person and becoming a friend. He's always got a smile on his face and a good word for everyone. His personality alone won me over. But in all honestly....
