12/24 - Submitted a highest and best. I don't know how to feel about it. But, it was the highest and best the client was willing to do, so it's all good. 12/25 - Christmas Day...Handed out calendars to family and friends. Talked a little real estate market with my aunts, uncles, and cousins.....
