Saskatoon Vacancy Rate At All Time Low! - 01/22/08 09:51 PM
For those of you in Canada who haven't had a chance to keep up with the national real estate market, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan has the fastest growing market in the country.  As a result the vacancy rate in Saskatoon has fallen to an all time low at 1.2% as of December, 2007. 
One of the reasons behind this is the booming housing market in Saskatoon.  Saskatchewans economy is at an all time high and as a result we saw over 15,000 people move back to our province last year.  The Saskatoon real estate market saw approximately a 50% increase in 2007.  Early … (1 comments)
