clients: Gift Ideas For Real Estate Clients? - 03/24/08 07:07 PM
This is a topic that I have heard mixed reviews on by Realtors. Some real estate agents feel that they do not need to provide their clients a gift as a thank you as they are just doing their job and some Realtors ensure they do it on every deal no matter how small it is. The Saskatoon real estate market is a smaller market with only about 250,000 people living here so I feel it is important that you do everything you can for your clients even if its providing them a small thank you gift. clients: World Wide Clients - 02/29/08 11:21 AM
As mentioned in a previous blog I have started seeing great results from my website and in many cases are in the top 10 of my targeted Saskatoon real estate search terms. With this happening I have started seeing a big influx of people from around the world accessing my website. I have been contacted by several people outside of the country and am currently working with those individuals in finding a home in Saskatoon and the surrounding areas. Out of curiosity sake I was curious what is the farthest place you have worked with someone in finding a home is? (0 comments)

It seems that I am constantly getting in touch with people that I haven't spoken with for ages or else use it as a quick way to send a message to a bunch of people. My boyfriend often gives me grief about my little Facebook addiction but I am very happy (8 comments)
clients: Private Sales and Real Estate Agents - How We Can Still Represent Our Buyers - 12/10/07 10:00 PM
There is nothing more disheartening than getting that phone call on Monday morning, starting something like this: "Um, (your name here), I don't quite now how to tell you this, but I bought a house this weekend. (their speed picks up as they don't want that lull for you to get a word in edgewise) "It was the perfect place and it all happened so fast and I didn't want to miss out, I'm so sorry" (if you are lucky they will apologize!) "But I didn't want someone else to buy it first so I didn't call, I know you said (1 comments)
