This is a topic that I have heard mixed reviews on by Realtors. Some real estate agents feel that they do not need to provide their clients a gift as a thank you as they are just doing their job and some Realtors ensure they do it on every deal no matter how small it is. The Saskatoon real estate market is a smaller market with only about 250,000 people living here so I feel it is important that you do everything you can for your clients even if its providing them a small thank you gift.
