Hi everyone, I am currently in seek of additional websites to market my Saskatoon real estate listings that I am currently carrying. The Saskatoon real estate market is one of the hottest markets in Canada and North America. As a result we have seen a large number of investors approach us from all of Canada and the world. I want to find some additional sites to start marketing some of the properties I am working with to gain maximum exposure. I recently met with a home staging company and found their concept and product unique and potentially very useful. For those of you who are not familiar with the Canadian real estate market, the Saskatoon real estate market was the fastest growing real estate market in 2007. Our real estate market has already taken off again in 2008 and it appears our market is not slowing down anytime soon. For those of you who keep track of the real estate market across Canada you will know that Saskatoon, Saskatchewan has the fastest growing real estate market in 2007. The average selling price on a home in Saskatoon for 2007 was $232,362. In January, 2007 average price was $190,037 and ended in December, 2007 at $255,271. During this time we saw record growth in our real estate market which can be attributed to the rapid growth in our economy. For those of you in Canada who haven't had a chance to keep up with the national real estate market, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan has the fastest growing market in the country. As a result the vacancy rate in Saskatoon has fallen to an all time low at 1.2% as of December, 2007. One of the reasons behind this is the booming housing market in Saskatoon.
