The Saskatoon real estate market has started off on record pace yet again for 2008. Last year our real estate market grew at an incredible rate and already this year we are starting to see higher growth compared to the same time last year. The Saskatoon Realty market is definitely a sellers market right now. There is a huge shortage of housing and as a result homes are being purchased sight unseen in some cases.
