Do you have clients and customers looking for a warmer place to live?  I'd like to suggest Las Cruces, New Mexico.  Las Cruces blends a unique variety of culture, historical sites, attractions, foods and 350 days of sunshine per year.  Las Cruces has received several awards including being one of Money magazine's "best college towns to retire".  Las Cruces has been ranked by Forbes as one of the best small metro areas for business and careers.

I first came to Las Cruces in 1977 to attend New Mexico State University.  After I graduated I returned to stay in 1990.  I love Las Cruces and it's proximity to various day trips around Southern New Mexico.  The weather, with the exception of the spring winds, is great.  We get enough cold to provide the Pecan trees with a dormant period to mature next season's pollen and we're cooler that both Phoenix and Tucson.  The Organ Mountains provide hiking trails and a backdrop for gorgeous sunsets.  High mountains with snow skiing and trout streams are just a couple hours away.  We really are the "Land of Enchantment".
