Step1
The first thing you have to do is think like a rodent! They circle the outside perimeter of your building trying to locate entry points, and you must do the same thing.
Step2
As you inspect the building you are trying to locate any openings where pipes or cables may be entering, even if a few feet off the ground. Smaller openings can simply be stuffed with steel wool and covered over with plastic wood putty, cement or exterior caulk.

Oregon Property disclosure statement refusal - 06/27/08 12:01 AM
If a seller refuses to fill out a property diclosure statement, do you still want the listing?
 
From one prospective it is a red flag but under certain conditions I understand the sellers position. In a residential transaction for a property with many people on site full time, managing grounds etc. The seller may not have knowledge of a specific item yet could be held accountable by association.....he should have or could have known about the issue.
 
I'm told that a good lawyer can create language to hold the seller harmless if the buyer signs it. Is this true … (0 comments)
