Yes, it is true. I have been busy and haven't found time to keep up with my blog. However I'm not sure anyone noticed. Not even my own family...what's up with that? No worries. Being busy for the most part is a good thing. Not only am I a real estate agent, I'm also the main caregiver for my kids. Not really a stay at home dad, but a working dad that has a great job that is very flexible and that I really enjoy. Lately I've been busy with both. The home sales number for January are in and no big surprises.  There are more houses on the market than a year ago and less buyers.  However the prices are staying about the same for now.  It's not really a buyers market yet but it is headed that way.  As I've stated before it is a pretty fair and even market.  Buyers are having more time to look for the house they really love instead of just buying a house they might like a lot before anyone else buys it.  Houses that sold in 15 days now sell in 30 and … (0 comments)

It seems I thought I had more time during the day than I really do. As I thought it would be no problem writing a daily blog.....well it seems as I was wrong. The past week or so I have been very busy with work and with the family, all of which has been great. However it all takes a lot of time, so I haven't been able to keep up with my blog.
