What is a Brokers Tour? - 10/18/08 01:23 AM
Have you ever heard real estate agents refer to the brokers tour? Do you know what they are talking about? Well if you don't allow me to explain.
A Broker's Tour is usually set for a certain day of the week, for a specified amount of time. The local area real estate agents get together, and go view other agents listings. The Listing agent is there to explain all of the interesting detail about the home, that the Agents may not know if they showed the home on their own.

We closed our Short sale! - 10/18/08 12:53 AM
This last Friday we closed on our short sale listing. It was not easy, but with persistence we managed to get it through.We learned from the bank that they had ordered a BPO and expected the offer they accepted to be within 10% of that number. We also had a very cooperative sseller that provided everything that the bank requested. Even multiple times when the bank did not seem to have the first several copies. We learned to call every day and get updates. We didn't know that we were making progress at the time since the bank often had different … (3 comments)
