As 2008 begins and the real estate market has been a "buyers" market. This is a perfect time for those who have always wanted to own an investment property and rent it out. In Solano and Napa counties, the rental market has been tremendously active. For one, those homeowners, who have unfortunately lost their homes due to recent subprime loan fiasco, are forced out of home ownership and have become strong renter candidates.
