We have been real estate agents in Howard County Maryland for over 20 years. We have seen ups and we have seen downs before. The market we are currently is unique to our experience because it has lasted so long and their have been so many short sales and foreclosures. Normally because of the economics in our area(ie. the federal government, high tech companies, businesses in Columbia) our real estate market rebounds fairly quickly.
