There are an infinite number of things that potentially could go wrong in a transaction. However, the most common include results of an inspection report and the subsequent negotiations between buyer and seller for repairs, appraisals coming in low or financing not coming through. HAFA Short Sales Program - Fabulous or Flop? - 04/02/11 11:56 PM
The HAFA short sale program has been going “strong” in Ada and Canyon County for nearly a year now and there is still quite a bit of fuss about it. Guidelines have been modified a bit effective February 2011. But no real changes have occurred. So what exactly is all this fuss about?
