Ooops! It's March already and I'm just getting to January Market Reports. Such is the life of a real estate broker in the Treasure Valley. Check it out. Boise is the #1 fastest growing city in the entire country according to Forbes magazine. And I don't doubt it by the looks of things from where I'm sitting. 20 days into the New Year already! Boy, how time flies. What do you all think about this news report? Home Prices Are Set To Soar In 2018 Time to report how 2017 ended up with December market reports. I posted November 2017 Market Report back in December (See that post here). gem county market reports: Total Homes Sold 2011 in Gem County - Existing & New Construction

Over the last few weeks I wrote about the Total Homes Sold in 2011 in Ada County - Existing & New Construction. and the Total Homes Sold in 2011 in Canyon County - Existing & New Construction. Ada and Canyon Counties are my primary market area, however I also work in Emmett, Idaho which is part of Gem County which is also quite a different type of market than either Ada or Canyon, so I wanted to include Gem in the Market Reports for 2011 year end.
