Kuna, Idaho used to be a small town on the outskirts of Boise. A Dairy and agriculture town, with one small street that consisted of main street, older homes and small town folks. As Boise grew and also as Meridian grew, Kuna became closer and closer to the main metropolis area. As Nampa did, Kuna became somewhat of an extension suburb to Boise. In the boom going a little bit futher "south and west" was the way to go to get the less expensive homes. Kuna is south and west and certainly did have less expensive homes and therefore became central
