I have been seeing a "real" surge in business here in Lake Arrowhead; Real Estate business, that is. I have many new buyers, most have found me thanks to ACTIVERAIN in some round about way. Though that is the icing on the cake, I'm more thrilled to see the REAL ESTATE market picking up. Even economist are claiming the "recession" is over/behind us. Woo-Hoo!

How Many of These Did YOU Know About? A sealed envelope - Put in the freezer for a few hours, then slide a knife    under the flap. The envelope can then be resealed.  (hmmmmmm..). Use Empty toilet paper roll to store appliance cords. Okay, we all remember those ugly days back in 2003, '04 when the market was going nuts, right? We Realtors would see that "perfect" home pop up on the MLS and immediately call our client, only to find out there were already 15 offers on said home. Gosh I hated those times.  I hated submitting offers for happy buyers, and then have to turn around in three days and tell them, "The bank said SUBMIT YOUR HIGHEST AND BEST OFFER."  And people did and prices went absolutely through thre stinkin' roof...hence here we … (5 comments)
