Yesterday I had the pleasure of showing property, finding my clients their "dream home" (their words) and writing up the offer for them. It was a great day.
...until I called the (out of area) listing agent. Oh no, the home was still active and there were no offers on it AND he was very excited (and grateful) to be getting an offer for his clients.
