We've had a mild winter, so far. However, we are now having storms roll into Southern Califorina and our local mountains. This evening we're expected to get snow down to 3,500 feet; that is low!
If you're heading up to our local mountains, bring chains, warm clothing and patience.... driving patience. Be extra careful!

I had an interesting thing happen the other day that I think is worth chatting about. You all know I live and sell in the resort town of Lake Arrowhead. Well, in a resort area, there are quite a few rental companies to deal with (mostly) weekend folks and vacationers. We have several such companies to handle this type of business. And several do both: RENT & SALE.
One of my latest listings is that of clients whom I sold their home too a couple of years ago. And, when they bought it, they asked which company I would suggest to rent … (10 comments)
